Wednesday to Saturday from 7.30 pm. Open every 3rd Tuesday of the month. Closed all day Sunday and Monday. Private functions can be arranged by prior notice on 01929 459419 – Club phone, evenings only. See the Catering tab for details of food options.

FILM NIGHT: Saturday 13th April, 7.30 for 8pm. Film tbc. Come and enjoy the film, eat traditional popcorn and enjoy a choc ice in the interval.
BINGO: Friday 26th April, 7.30/8pm. Lots of wonderful prizes. Be entertained by ‘Storming Norman’ who creates all the fun  and tension. You could be a winner of one of the many prizes, so dabbers at the ready, eyes down – who will call “house”!
CLUB WALK WITH LUNCH: Saturday 27th April. Led by Jo Field. All are welcome. The walks are carefully planned by Jo for a gentle pace lasting approx. 2 hours. If you would like to join us, especially if you would like to stay for a delicious lunch, please let the Fields know on 459315 by the previous Wednesday. Cost of the lunch £5.00. Non-walkers are very welcome to join us for lunch.

Monday: Dog Training at 6pm. Puppies and adult dogs.
Wednesday: Music Night 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome, especially if you play an instrument. Hum, drum, strum or sing. Clap, tap or chat. Laugh out loud. Guitars and ukuleles, and anything else that anyone cares to play. Newbies welcome!
Thursday: Yoga at 6pm.
Every 3rd Thursday of the month: Car Club meeting at 7.30.

FUN RAISING GROUP EVENTS IN THE CLUB

Coffee Morning and Bazaar Opening: Saturday 6th April, 10am -12 noon to be held in the club; come and have a chat with your village neighbours over a cup of tea or coffee plus home-made cakes. There will be a bazaar table and a homemade cake stall plus a raffle. We look forward to seeing you all. Donations to the bazaar are needed; items can be left in the marked box at Pat Sheldrake’s house – 2 Dyetts Cottages, Tel 07799 281078. We can also collect items if it will help or for for larger items, just take a photograph and send it to Lorraine who will put it on the internet. Lorraine tel: 07507 757988.
Bluebell Walk and Cream Teas: Sunday 5th of May 2pm to 5pm. Cream Teas £4.50 each, served in the church. There will be a raffle, packets of bluebell seeds and cards of the church drawn by Lorraine for sale. Hope to see you all there. All proceeds to the church.
Bloxworth House Open Gardens:
Sunday 2nd June, 2-5 pm. This a very popular event which doesn’t happen every year so make sure you don’t miss the opportunity. More details in the May magazine.
Produce Show: 1st September, put it in your diary. All details to confirmed later.

Bingo

FUN BINGO! “Six and Two, Corona Flu”. Usually on the LAST FRIDAY of the month (look for dates above).

WALKING CLUB. Usually the LAST SATURDAY of the month (look for dates above). Meet at the Club at 10 am. The walks are carefully planned for a gentle pace lasting approximately 2 hours. If you would like to join in, especially if you would like to stay for a delicious lunch of homemade soup with warm crusty bread (highly recommended), please let the Fields know by the previous day on 01929 459315 (lunch is £5 per head – open to non-walkers).

Guitar Club

MUSIC NIGHT. Every Wednesday from 7.30pm.

Everyone is welcome, especially if you play an instrument and enjoy playing and/or singing with others, this is the place for you. Come along and join in with our friendly mixed ability group playing a wide variety of music.

SHANTI YOGA – usually every Thursday at 6 pm. Beginners welcome.
