Bloxworth Village Club & Memorial Hall

Bloxworth Village Club

Bloxworth Village Club is a Members Club located in the quiet village of Bloxworth between Poole and Bere Regis, just north of the A35 in Dorset.

The Club was founded in 1960 by a small band of villagers eager to see the recently closed Bloxworth School put to good use. In earlier times it was an important watering hole for local farm-workers, thirsty after a day’s real work! It first opened on the 5th October 1960. As a replacement for the old village hall (a corrugated iron building demolished many years ago), the new Memorial Hall (to the rear of the Club) provides facilities for villagers and those farther afield.

The Club caters for member’s Weddings, Parties, Meetings and any other suitable function. The Hall also houses a fine skittle alley, which is also available for hire.

New members are always welcome; click here for Membership forms.

Subscriptions for 2023 are now due! Single fee £20, Joint fee £30, Over 60s £10pp
