ALLERGEN INFORMATION

If there is any possibility that members or their guests suffer from food allergies, we must be informed when arrangements are being made.

The fourteen main allergens are:

Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (tree nuts, excluding peanuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites).

CATERING OPTIONS

For your event, the Club can provide food as required along the guidelines below.

For any alternative or additional requirements, please contact the Club. To meet specific dietary and allergy requirements, we would hope to absorb any additional costs, although there may occasionally be some variation from the prices shown below.

1) 25 persons or more

Choice of savouries £10 per person

2) 25 persons or more

Choice of savouries plus 3 desserts £11.50 per person

3) Afternoon Tea

Choice of sandwiches and cake £8 per person

or Cream Tea £8 per person

Please note: when the Club is catering, other food may not be brought in, except for a Celebration Cake.

Bloxworth Village Club & Memorial Hall are located in a small Dorset village and is a Member's Club providing a meeting point for social events, meetings, parties etc.
